Because they aren’t copies of the prime timeline.Also, if eon's space/time bomb wiped out all the omnitrix Bens, then why did professor Paradox and no omnitrix Ben go to the beginning when Ben prime found the omnitrix instead of going to a point in time to sabotage or stop the bomb from being activated. If that's the case, then why are their eye/hair colors different from Ben prime's. In the episodes involving Ben's alternate versions, it's stated that their dimensions/timelines are connected to Ben prime's dimension/timeline.
